Forrest Bloom Blend is a special collaboration between Slow Bloom Coffee Roaster and one of our favorite local cafés, Forrest Coffee House. Together, we set out to create a coffee that feels approachable enough for everyday drinking while still carrying the layered character and intentionality of specialty coffee.

The result is a beautifully balanced blend featuring coffees from Peru and Colombia, bringing together comforting chocolate richness, roasted almond sweetness, bright citrus sparkle, and a smooth honey-like finish that lingers just long enough to make you immediately want another cup.

Roasted to a balanced medium profile, Forrest Bloom was designed to shine as both a clean black cup and a creamy espresso-based drink. It’s cozy without being heavy, vibrant without being overwhelming...the kind of coffee that quietly becomes part of your daily rhythm.
